Posted: Thursday, March 13, 2008 11:07 AM (PST) Train | Run Sorry not available to set off up the valley this saturday - dont have the same excuse as Clarkie but have been off colour for past week so being lazy a bit then having a crack at the Lord Mayors 10K on Sunday.   Not sure if someone else will take up the metaphorical torch this week but normal service should resume next weekend - well as normal as you will find in a triathlon club.   See you soon,   Roger,   PS get well soon Clarkie!
