Results of final Hathersage Swim/Run on 26th July 2007

The recent bad weather didn't manage to dampen the enthusiasm of 29 hardy souls who turned out for the final race in the Summer (ha!) Aquathon Series. In fact, Norman Harvey enjoyed it so much, he added an extra loop onto his run.
Congrats to James Smith and Laura Spence the respective male and female winners.
As usual, thanks to lane counters and time keepers for hanging around in the rain so that other people can race.
And of course a big thankyou to Guy who has marked out the course for as long as I can remember (not so long these days!).
If there are any errors, drop a line to bob@bptri.co.uk and I'll correct them.

Triathlon Training: For Peak Performance, 3 Is Not Better Than 1
There's a reason it's hard to excel in three sports at once, physiologists say. The training necessary to do your best in one sport is likely to counteract what is needed to be good at another. But the ? remains: Can you train optimally for three sports at the same time?...
MUSCLES: Are yours healthy?
This is not the kind of question most people ask themselves, but muscle researchers say it is important because muscle health is emerging as an important part of overall health. And they say when it comes to muscles, bulk does not matter. But how can you make sure you have healthy muscles?...
