What: 45 Minute Spin session followed by 45 Minute S&C session
When: Every Friday evening from Friday 1st February 2019 at 6:30pm-7:15pm (Spin) then 7:15pm-8pm (S&C), then as per Calendar events

Cost: £5 (for both sessions), £3 (for either)
Starting on Friday 1st February, Sheffield Triathlon Club are offering members a combined session of indoor cycling and strength and conditioning (S&C) work at Graves Health and Sports Centre. The session will comprise a 45 minute spinning session (6.30- 7.15pm), followed by a swift transition into S&C (7.15-8pm) focusing on muscle activation, core stability and flexibility using body weight exercises and light resistance.
The sessions will be led by STC Coach Craig Haslingden who is a lecturer in sport and physical education at Sheffield Hallam University. Craig is an experienced coach with qualifications in sports as diverse as swimming, rugby, basketball, hockey, cricket, and orienteering. Crucially, he is also a BTF Level 2 triathlon coach and a Level 2 Gym Instructor.
A combined spin and S&C session will cost £5 but members can choose to attend only one discipline for £3. Please bring your 2019 STC membership card.
