    All sessions include a mile warm up (7-7.10pm) followed by drills (7.10-7.20pm) and a cool down (7.50-8pm)

    28th March 3x4min, 3x3min, 3x1min 2mins 5-10k pace, max
    4th April 6x 800/1200 Off 6mins 3-5k pace
    11th April 10 min, 7x2min 3min then 1.30 5-10k pace-3k pace
    Block 4

    18th April 14/16×400 Off 2.15/2.45 5k pace
    25th April 4x6min, 3x2min 2mins then 1.30 5-10k pace
    2nd May 4×1600/2000 Off 10mins 5-10k pace
    9th May 3km TT 3k pace
