Chaucer Tuesday Track

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until 26th March 2019
Track sessions can improve your overall speed regardless of the distance you compete over. The theory is that repeated repetitions at above race pace sets will help your body adapt to the faster pace, bringing your run times down. It really does work!
These sessions are run by Simon Bennett or David Palmer. Open to anyone. Take a look at the ‘Chaucer Tuesday Track’ Facebook page for more details. The plan is available to view on the FB page as a spreadsheet.
Each session will contain a warm up, dynamic stretching, the main set, a warm down and stretching.

Cost: £30 for 25 weeks.
