A combined session of indoor cycling and strength and conditioning (S&C) work at Graves Health and Sports Centre.  The session will comprise a 45 minute spinning session (6.30- 7.15pm), followed by a swift transition into S&C (7.15-8pm) focusing on muscle activation, core stability and flexibility using body weight exercises and light resistance.
