Our qualified coaches will lead you through a series of warm up and technique drills and work with you on increasing your lactate threshhold – ie. helping you to run faster for longer. These are triathlon specific running sessions and generally have three ability groups, although, as always, you will be welcome to find your own place and pace if necessary and will be made to feel welcome and encouraged whether just starting out or a seasoned triathlete.
These sessions are great at introducing speed work into your training plan, or just a fun and different running experience if that’s what you are after.
