Please note the following info:
There may be slight amendments to the courses following an inspection of the area this week.
U17 Men / Seniors / Vets need to be aware that the Large lap has a tarmac road crossing, if they have not run here before. This may affect the choice of footwear.
Also, please note that the U15 Boys and U17 Ladies will race together. This is because the lap lengths make it difficult to combine the U17 ladies and Senior Ladies in the same race.
