Nuffield Fridays

£5 – £8During the Winter months we offer two sessions on a Friday evening at Nuffield Health (65 Napier Street, s11 8HA) at £5 per session or £8 for both. Parking is free & there is no charge for Nuffield members.
Please join us in The Stag on Psalter Lane on the first Friday of every month for a shandy or two post training!
7.00pm-8.00pm – Strength & Conditioning with Nancy
8.00pm-9:30pm – a swim session made more fun with club mates for company!
