Rother Valley Open Water Swim

Register from 0830 at the Water Sports Centre on the Main Lake. Parking right outside.
Swim from 0900-1000

Costs: A one-off registration fee of £5 that will get you an electronic card for entry to the Park in future weeks.
You’ll need it to enter the Country Park in future weeks.
£4 for your swim, of which £2 is paid to Rother Valley.
(If you volunteer to kayak for half the session or handle registrations, your swim will be free)

And don’t forget the vital bits: your Swim kit including wet suit, and a bright coloured swim cap (not white), for safety reasons. Please ensure you have flip flops or other footwear to protect your feet from the changing rooms to waterside.
