STC Chip Butty Ride 2018

Our annual social Christmas ride, is back again!
Meet at 214 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield S11 8JD8 at 0900 for mince pies and drinkypoos of the mulled wine variety (non-alcoholic also available). Departing 0930 for a gentle ride out to Castleton – with a (?greasy?) breakfast in Hathersage, a little handicap time-trial from Hathersage to Castleton, lunch in a rustic pub, the odd pause for further liquid libation, and the infamous freewheel competition as it goes dark from the junction of Chatsworth Road (the Sheffield end of the “Flying Mile”) into Whirlow.
