About the Event
Sheffield Triathlon Club has always been well represented at this event, with the club putting £25 towards each individual's entry (£100 per team).
For those who haven't raced before, this is one of the few opportunities in triathlon to race as a team, and as such makes for a really sociable and fun day, whether racing for the podium, or just enjoying our sport as a team and cheering each other on. The event takes place at the National Watersports Centre in Nottingham and is entirely traffic free (except for the odd goose). The format is as follows:

Athlete A starts in the water and swims a 500m circuit, exits the water and runs up to a barrier, to pass a wristband on to Athlete B who enters the water and repeats handing on to Athlete C, and then D
