About the Event
weekly Strength and Conditioning sessions at Graves Leisure Centre.
These will run on a Friday evening from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. The session is designed to support injury prevention, address muscular imbalances and develop triathlon performance through relevant exercises and training methods. Typically, a session will involve appropriate mobility, strength, and stability training specifically for triathlon. The programme will also support overall health and well-being. This will be an effective weekly session to incorporate into your off-season training.
These will be coached by Craig Haslingden (BTF Level 2, PT Level 3, former physical education teacher and currently a senior lecturer in sport, physical activity, and health at Sheffield Hallam University).
